meet us at the Southampton Boat Show on marina berth M349

Remembrance Cruise

We will set sail from Chichester Marina, to a suitable position at sea, outside the harbour, or within the tranquil setting of Chichester harbour itself. Here we will gently drift or sail to the sound of the wind and ocean while you scatter the ashes into the sea, together with any floral tributes.

When you are ready, set sail back to Chichester Marina, where you can have some refreshments on board or even a small reception for your guests. If you have booked a longer trip, if there is time we can stop at anchor for a while and have some refreshments.

If you prefer not to come with us . . . . perhaps you are not comfortable at sea, or you live too far away, you can send the ashes to us and we will go out and scatter the ashes for you. We promise to do this with the same dignity as if you were there. You can send the ashes to us by secure courier.

We will issue you with a date/time and position card, of where the ashes were laid to rest.

We have no particular religious affiliation and you are welcome to arrange your own service of remembrance on board  . . . or perhaps you just want to keep it as an informal gathering of close family to say a final farewell.

The boat can accommodate up to 5 people at sea, plus the skipper.

We can also accommodate a shore reception on board at the Marina for up to 10 additional guests. depending on the time of year and weather. Sailing times depend on the tide

It is a truly  memorable way to say your last goodbye.
